buy me

It's here, it's hot off the press and it's yours to hold and treasure - the blook has arrived! Many heartfelt thanks to those of you who submitted some words or just cheered from the sidelines - remember, this blook is all about YOU!

Because our blook project is all about people, I would like to PERSONALLY thank the first person who purchases 250 copies in one single transaction by inviting him or her [1 person only] for coffee in Central London on Saturday 28th June from noon to 2pm.

I cannot promise I will tell you my name nor reveal anything that might in any way compromise my anonymity but a stimulating conversation is guaranteed. In addition, the book-wormish enquiring mind that YOU clearly are will be the first to set eyes upon me, something that my fellow blook editors have yet to do.

So yes, you CAN buy me - be aware however that while the terms and conditions above do include some mental stimulation, those in search of sexual favours needn't apply, obviously.

Thank you.

Ariel

:: Angie :: You and me both! However someone out there has, and if they're clever, it can double up as an advertising campaign for them too... hello Google, hello Blogger do you read us? If you don't try, you don't get in this dog-eat-dog world!

I've just had an email to confirm that my copies are winging their way to me. So exciting, thanks.

I am badgering everyone I know to "buy the frigging book already! I am your partner/bestfriend/the-person-who-lent-you-that-algebra-exam-paper-so-that-you-can-copy-my-formulas". I think Paula and Em (partner and bestfriend, respectively) were badgered into sumbmission. :) And Ariel? I miss you, so post something already! [no, I am not badgering you. yet]

I've bought two copies, but am unable to badger people, lest they find out I have a blog. So maddening to have to keep my new status as published author a secret!

:: ziv catbee :: That's brilliant! We hope this book reaches an international audience.
:: mei del :: Indeed. But GBP 3125 could be a cheap marketing coup for a clever online corporate... or a quirky treat for an oddball mind.
:: almost witty :: We may well be. If you or your company can afford this donation to War Child, I would be happy to meet you.
:: Puss :: There is no other way for now, and 100 copies was way too cheap a price.
:: Debs :: Copies, plural? Ooh we like you lots! Thank you for your support.
:: Karen :: Thank you so much. Your word is my command however I am on the road with little to zero time to myself beside essential yet limited sleep and sporadic t'internet connection...
:: Cat :: You can promote on your blog and by leaving comments on other blogs. It doesn't matter whether the acquaintances you badger are real life or virtual.

:: OE :: the clock is ticking... I hope you are still thinking about it!
:: Leonie :: thank you for your support! :-)

:: Regrettably, that didn't work but another example of rip off Britain it wasn't supposed to be...::
:: I may well try something else sometime in August. ::

Perhaps a trade-in-kind, where each has something to give and something to leave?
